Four years as captain of my team. Leading a changing room is where I learned to read people, hold a line and take responsibility when it goes wrong. The other half is the competitiveness, wanting to be measurably better than last season. Both are things i take with me off the pitch.

My love for Fashion (and sneaker) is why I chose fashion marketing in the first place. It's self-expression, but it's also the sector where creativity, storytelling and culture do the commercial work. It's the first place I look when I'm need of inspiration.
