Palace Skateboards
Brand Analysis
Context
School project where I analyzed the brand Palace Skateboards. I map Palace within streetwear, snapshot the 4Ps, distill the brand DNA, then propose some new and fictional concepts and ideas. All concepts are speculative and created for learning.
Contents
-
Brand context ć I trace Palace from their Southbank roots in London to a global streetwear phenomena, outlining iconograpgy, tone, and milestones.
-
Streetwear market analysis ć I position Palace inside streetwear culture, mapping subcultures, drop mechanics, and audience behaviors to explain their demand and the streetwear community itself.
-
The 4 marketing-Ps ć I condense the 4 classic marketing-Pās: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Here I show what Palace sells, from where and how, their price-settings, and how the communicate.
-
Brand DNA ć I decode visual language, voice, store experience, and collaboration logic to identify how their identity stays coherent across all channels and cities.
-
Spec concepts ć I apply the insights i have gathered to create limited drops, explore new potential categories, co-marketing-strategies, and city-specific stores, finishing with a new storytelling campaign.
